At Leading Edge Markets (Pty) Ltd, we believe that a team that jells well together works best together. Team cohesion is important to us. That’s why we spend a good portion of our revenue on staff welfare. We provide staff with varied opportunities to meet in different settings outside of work to bond and get to know each other better. Our end of year retreats provide staff with a unique opportunity to travel and undertake multiple team-building activities together. Since 2018, we have always provided staff with varied experiences to play hard. Occasionally, we do surprise ‘get-together’ sessions just to have fun as a team.
